The Fisher & Paykel Solo™ Nasal Pillows Mask is built around one idea: CPAP masks shouldn't need constant adjusting. Instead of traditional straps and buckles, the Solo uses AutoFit™ headgear — you stretch it over your head like a swim cap, and the built-in AutoLock™ mechanism self-tightens to your fit. There's nothing to loosen or over-tighten by hand.

The mask pairs this headgear with Fisher & Paykel's next-generation AirPillow™ cushions, which sit gently in and around the nostrils rather than sealing under the nose. The pillows inflate slightly during therapy to conform to your nostril shape, so the seal stays stable even if you shift positions overnight — a common complaint with stiffer nasal pillow designs.

Because the AutoLock headgear is interchangeable with Fisher & Paykel's Solo Nasal cushion (sold separately), you can switch between a nasal pillow and full nasal cushion style later without buying a new mask system. The Solo also connects to the myMask™ app for fit guidance and usage tracking.

Available as a complete mask, headgear-only, or in a fit pack with all three cushion sizes to test before committing.

No — they share the same AutoFit/AutoLock headgear, but the Pillows version uses AirPillow cushions that sit in and around the nostrils, while the Nasal version uses a cushion that seals under the nose. Both are compatible with the same headgear.
Yes, a valid CPAP prescription is required — this page shows "Prescription Required, Apply Rx" at checkout.

Nasal pillow cushions are typically replaced every 2 weeks to a month with regular use; headgear is usually replaced every 3–6 months. Check with your insurance or FSA plan for exact reimbursement schedules.
